At Lake Uniforms our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for any reason within *14 days of purchase. You can visit our location to exchange your item(s) or return by mail for a store credit.
Understandably, we cannot accept exchanges of items that are worn, altered, laundered, soiled, embroidered, screen printed, or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached and labels as shipped. All items must be free of odor of any kinds and pet dander. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. Sales are final on clearance, nursing dresses and holiday items.
All shortages must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
All non-standard items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.
